Good to know

Does claiming my page cost anything?

No. Claiming and managing your page on hungr is free. If we ever build paid tools for businesses, the basics will stay free.

Can I remove or edit negative reviews?

No, and that's the point: hungr only works because diners trust what they read. You can respond to feedback and report anything that breaks our Community Guidelines (fake reviews, harassment, or off-topic content), and we act on those reports quickly.

My restaurant isn't showing up in the app. Can you add it?

Almost certainly, yes. Mention it in the claim form and we'll make sure your place is findable on the map.

How do you verify that I own the business?

A real person checks each claim, usually by matching your email or links to the business, and occasionally by getting in touch directly. It keeps claimed pages meaningful.
